Engagement with CIBUS, LLC begins only after mutual agreement on scope, pricing, and deliverables. All services are provided either on a recurring retainer basis or as project-based work, as outlined in a written agreement, proposal, or invoice.

Clients agree to provide timely access to required accounts, assets, information, and approvals necessary to complete work efficiently. Delays in communication or approvals may impact timelines and outcomes.

CIBUS, LLC operates as a strategic partner, not an employee or exclusive service provider. Engagements are non-exclusive unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

For retainer-based services, continued engagement is subject to timely payment, ongoing alignment, and mutual satisfaction with the scope of work. CIBUS, LLC reserves the right to pause or terminate services if obligations are not met, scope changes materially, or alignment no longer exists.

For project-based services, work begins after payment terms are satisfied and concludes upon delivery of the agreed-upon scope.

CIBUS, LLC works selectively and reserves the right to decline engagements that are not aligned with its focus on locally owned restaurants or its strategic approach.
